1. Acceptance of These Terms
By using Luzia AI you agree to these terms. If any part of them does not work for you, please stop using the service.
2. Eligibility
Luzia AI is available only to adults aged eighteen or over who can enter a binding agreement in their country of residence.
3. Description of the Service
Luzia AI provides fictional companion characters for conversational entertainment. Profiles, biographies and personalities are creative works.
4. Fictional Characters
Every companion on Luzia AI is invented. Names, ages, hometowns and stories are written for the experience and do not describe real people.
5. Not Professional Advice
Conversations on Luzia AI are entertainment. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and should never replace a qualified professional.
6. Emergency Situations
Luzia AI cannot help in an emergency. If you or someone else is in danger, contact your local emergency services immediately.
7. Your Account
If you create an account, you are responsible for the credentials attached to it and for activity that takes place under it.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Luzia AI for unlawful purposes, harassment, impersonation, fraud or any attempt to interfere with other users.
9. Prohibited Content
Content involving minors, non-consensual scenarios, real-world violence, hate speech or illegal activity is forbidden and may lead to immediate termination.
10. Automated Access
Scraping, crawling for republication, credential stuffing and other automated access to Luzia AI without permission are not allowed.
11. Reverse Engineering
You may not attempt to decompile, extract or replicate the underlying components that power Luzia AI companions.
12. Intellectual Property
The Luzia AI name, artwork, character designs, text and interface are protected works and remain the property of their respective owners.
13. Limited Licence to You
You receive a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use Luzia AI for your own private, non-commercial enjoyment.
14. Your Content
You keep the rights to what you write. You grant Luzia AI the permission needed to process your messages so the service can function.
15. Content Moderation
We may review, filter or remove content that breaches these terms, and we may restrict access where a serious breach occurs.
16. Third-Party Services
Some features may rely on outside providers. Their availability is not guaranteed by Luzia AI, and their own terms may apply.
17. External Links
Links leaving Luzia AI are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content or practices of destinations we do not operate.
18. Availability
We aim to keep Luzia AI running continuously but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates and outages happen.
19. Changes to the Service
Features, companions and page content may be added, altered or withdrawn as Luzia AI develops.
20. Fees and Optional Purchases
Basic access is offered free of charge. Where paid options exist, prices and conditions are shown clearly before any purchase is confirmed.
21. Refunds
Any refund conditions attached to a paid option are stated at the point of sale, alongside your statutory rights where those apply.
22. Cancellation by You
You may stop using Luzia AI at any time and, where an account exists, request that it be closed.
23. Suspension by Us
We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached, where activity harms other users, or where the law requires it.
24. Disclaimer of Warranties
Luzia AI is provided on an as-is basis. We do not warrant that responses will be accurate, uninterrupted or suited to a particular purpose.
25. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luzia AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
26. Indemnity
You agree to hold Luzia AI harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms.
27. Privacy
Use of Luzia AI is also governed by the Privacy Policy published on this website, which forms part of this agreement.
28. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of establishment of the Luzia AI operator, without regard to conflict of law rules.
29. Dispute Resolution

30. Severability and Entire Agreement
